It can be a powerful practice for people who want to slow down, release tension and explore a deeper connection with themselves. Conscious connected breathwork is an active breathing practice where you link your inhales and exhales in a continuous circular rhythm to pulsating music with no pauses in between. through this active breathing session, often it is possible to access a meditative state. You are guided through this session by a trained coach, who supports you and holds the space.
